Accidents sometimes happen and items can be damaged during transit. We apologise if this is the case and will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 

We recommend that you open your parcel at the earliest opportunity and inspect your purchase. If there are clear signs of damaged on the packaging when it is delivered please ensure the courier makes a note of this.

 

If in the unfortunate circumstance your item has been damaged please ensure you notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing Hello@furneco.co.uk or DM us on instagram. Wr can then arrange a collection and replacement or refund. Failure to notify us within the 14 day period will mean we are unable to raise the issue with the courier and unable to resolve the issue.
